Looking for support/motivation partner in this 20ish lb journey. Interest in DF would be awesome!!
Hello everyone, I just joined the group and am hoping for mutual support here. I am 47, with a goal of 20 lbs by March 25 (according to the app).
I am an experienced in dry fasting and will start off with a 3 day fast to get into full tilt ketosis. After completing the DF I will do the keto 23:1, to remain in adipose autophagy.
I am hoping to gain some friends here to motivate each other when we need it. Is anyone interested in joining me or allowing me to join you, if you have a similar timeframe?

IF is something l'd like to do but DF - not sure as on this program I'm always thirsty.
I started Jan2 and lost 7lb, challenging but loving it - cravings are gone!

My name is Beverly and I would love to pal up for support. So DF is Dry Fasting; what is 23:1? I have never fasted but by day 3 I am in ketosis. I would like to lose 20 pounds by March 25. I started January 1, 2018 and have lost 11 pounds so far.
When did you start and how much have you lost so far. What do you usually lose in a month. You state you are experienced in Dry Fasting do you drink water when you do this or does Dry Fasting mean nothing to eat or drink? I am not new to this diet, but I have never had an app that I love like I do this one. I was on fitness Pal and hated it.
