Hi! I started Keto 6 days ago ... going great 7.4 lbs down👏🏻 I’m all over the place though. Hard to figure it out not only this app but how to balance the food during the day meaning that I’m trying to have fats , carbs and protein in each meal but is not possible yet for me 🤷🏻♀️
First 2 days I feel horrible , lots of headache and felling very fatigue but I think I’m over that place . I don’t big goals set up yet as far as pounds I want to lose . I just want to be in a better place and eat healthier .i don’t want to put stress on myself looking st the scale every day and be Discourage cause I didn’t lose anything . So far I’m doing gre. At and loss a lot weigh in just few. Days I never exp ecte d tha t . The. Othe r. Thing is I h ave not tell anybody that I’m no Keto I just dont want people to be negative about it or just start asking me “ how much weight did you lose” etc .... I’m in Chicago area . Any Keto friend around here. ?
