Improve FRIENDS AREA

Hi! The friends area could be improved. It would be nice to know when they post a message to you not to neglect them. 

It would be nice to be more as a live chat and to be able to share pics and swap recipes. 

I believe is a feature we would all like because if not friends only look at your macros and what you eat and that is. Building community and feeling support is needed too
