Ready made keto meal replacement drinks?
Hello everyone!! I would love to find a keto friendly,already made, meal replacement drink. I鈥檓 not asking for too much?!! 馃槀. So many days I just don鈥檛 feel like eating. So I don鈥檛 make my macros. And I don鈥檛 eat. Let me assure you, you could bring me top chef made meals every day, I鈥檓 not hungry. Well of course I鈥檇 have one, I mean I鈥檓 not trying to starve haha. But I鈥檓 thinking if I could reach in the fridge grab a drink , I could essentially be eating a meal!!! Anyone know of a product like this?

Have you included MCT oil? There are a lot of info on here if you do a search on it.

I really like the Premier Protein shakes. 3g net carbs/30g protein/3g fat. At least in my favorite strawberries and cream flavor. All the flavors are pretty equal on the nutrition label, I've noticed. Lots of flavors, not terribly expensive (I do also really like Walmart's store brand version). My diabetic mother and I usually go halvsies on a case, or will each buy a case in a different flavor and trade half with each other, lol.
