Suggestions?
I’m having a hard problem with snacking 🙈 I come home from work ( I work 8pm-6am) and I grab so many things from the fridge (like today now I have a tummy ache and feeling guilty) I plan to eat and log maybe around 1100-1200 calories a day but once I add in those snacks I’m sure it goes up to 1400-1500 I workout every other day but I still wanna elimate the snacking any suggestions?!?!?!?

Are you hitting your goals for fat and protein? They both help you feel full. Also, fiber and drinking lots of water. You should take a look at your 1100 -1200 calorie goal as they seem low. Once you become adjusted to burning fat for energy, you should see a significant decrease in hunger. Good Luck.

Hi Niaaa, the only thing I can think of that has worked for me is to have ready made snacks like cut up veggies or maybe even a piece of cheese or small handful of nuts. If you do this though, remember to add it to your macros so you don't go over. Also, drinking a LARGE glass of water really helps alot. Good luck, and hang in there, you can do this !!!
