Veggies how do they work keto wize ?

I can’t add them with out going over how do you all do it?

  • If possible enter your food for the day or copy from the previous day and tweak it.   It takes a while to balance things out :).

    I include low carb vegetables in my diet everyday.  Meal planning and portion control are key to balancing Macros.  Focus on carbs and calories while learning to balance the rest.  Entering meals in advance will show you effect on daily macros, so you can make any necessary adjustments.  Good Luck

    So do I subtract fiber from the total grams for Veggies carbs  to get a net carb?

    I’m 9 days in and was startled at the small amounts of veg! Collards, broccoli, spinach added with every time I eat/logged helped me get an idea of how to get them balanced in

    Also I do a multi vitamin that makes me feel better about nutrients. I love veggies, so part of it was accepting that eating small amounts is ok!
