Collagen?
Anyone out there using collagen? I bought some bovine yesterday that was supposed to be tasteless and that’s a big ol lie. I put it in my lime water and it just had this very strong after taste so I’m curious if a different brand would be better or if I should put it in my food when I cook.
Appreciate any advice-this seems to be a controversial topic with too much conflicting info.

I've been very happy with NeoCell Super Collagen (UPC 0 116185 01986 7). I purchase at CVS (sometimes in-store, mostly online) and only purchase when I have a nice 25% or 30% off coupon from CVS! Helps to boost my protein intake. However, I've only tried it in hot beverages, like tea and bone broth.

I've got Zhou collagen peptides. Ehen I first started keto I used them a lot but now that I've learned how to balance my macros I haven't used them in quite a long time. I found that the only way I could really tolerate them was in chicken bone broth. If you heat one cup of chicken bone broth and stir in a scoop of collagen peptides, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and some pink salt, it's actually very nice.
