Smoother Chia pudding

I’ve discovered that if you put chia seeds into a spice grinder first before adding to a recipe that you end up with a smoother and creamier pudding. I warm 1 cup of almond milk, and a can of whole fat coconut nut milk until slightly bubbly. Then add 1/3 cup chia seeds, some vanilla, erythritol to taste and optional things like chocolate or berries. So yummy

I will have to try this! I have made some chia pudding but don't love it...maybe it's the texture?

likewise - I put my chia and flax seeds in the Ninja and dust 'em LOL I think it helps the chia puddings reach their desired consistency faster as well.
