Breaking out?

Happy Sunday.   I hope that everyone is well.

I went off my diet yesterday and feel kind of bad, so hoping to get things back on track again staring today.    My question is, and sorry, but didn't know where else to post, has anyone else experienced really bad break-outs on no-carbs / low-carbs?  I am breaking out SO BADLY and I've always had super clear skin until now.  I just read that adults can all of a sudden experience breakouts, but it just seems too coincidental to me.   I mean it is bad.  I have about three active blemishes on my face RIGHT now.

I am eating around four to five eggs over easy/sunny-side up, with some butter on top and around six strips of really, really thin-sliced Great Value (WalMart) bacon, once a day.  I am also drinking TONS of sparkling water with essence, in cans  (I don't want to name too many products because sometimes my comments are on hold and I think it is because it might seem I'm pushing something - I'M NOT).  I can see where the butter or eggs maybe are causing it, but it is nothing I've read that happens enough to think it is that.  Pretty confused and kind of down.

Any help or suggestions?

Thanks!!!

I feel like blemishes are more hormonal.  I've also read that the  body stores estrogen in fat.   Maybe there is a relationship there somehow.

    Missy    Thanks for the reply.

Yes, possibly, but I can't help but think that for me, it has to be something I'm doing on the Keto.  Otherwise why would this happen just now?  :(

I just switched butter brands so hoping that may help but not sure one brand really differs that much from another.  Here's hoping ...

TW Lost 45  Never even thought about going to one and don't really want to start.  Not even sure if my insurance would cover one.  Lol.  My friend was talking about getting Botox, which I highly encourage (anything anyone can do to invest in themselves, I'm for).  I may ask her to ask the person she goes to, who I assume is one, if they know if anything on or about Keto may be causing it.   I have not really been able to find anything definitive by Googling and it's driving me bonkers.
