On The Way Now
Kia ora all 😊 I spent last year doing keto exactly wrong. 4 weeks ago I decided to get serious so I read and watched and clicked my way thru the internet, adjusting my macros like a determined amateur. Finally I loaded this fantastic app 3 days ago and got orientated. Today I noticed I had lost 2 kg so I bought my ketostix and I'm stoked to see I'm properly ketosing like a novice 😀. Now that I have better control of my macros I want to see how far I can decrease my calories without compromising my progress. This app is superb for analysing and meeting my macro requirements but I admit I spend hours working out what to eat. I get really full before I can reach each days fat/protein goals. I end up slugging down super fat/protein drinks just so I can go to bed. The threads here have answered most of my questions and I feel I'm finally on the right track. Thanks to all of you.
