Coming up short on protein
Hi there, today is Day 30! My macros are 15g net carbs, 93g fats, and 75g proteins. I'm doing well staying at or below the net carbs, as well as at or reasonably above the fats. However, I'm coming up short on protein - averaging 66.2g of proteins/day.
I'd appreciate suggestions for increasing the protein count. Thanks.

JaniceM I order online from a company called Penzey's. I like either the Mural of Flavor or the Fox Point Seasoning. I also get the low sodium bone broth and add my own Himalayan pink salt. I get the collagen from Amazon. In addition to providing a nice hit of protein, collagen is supposed to be great for skin, hair and nails. You will get some collagen from sugar free jello.
