Question on Macros
My husband & I have a question re: Macros - we update EVERYTHING daily & weigh our food. Our fat/protein/carbs are always within the suggested amounts but after we add in our exercise - all the totals go crazy!! I've tried tracking actual carbs & net carbs. Also, do we change our total calories as we lose weight? We've been on a Keto plan since 1/1 & are doing well. Right now these are our only questions
