Make sure to have keto friendly snacks around in case you get hungry. Sometimes the hangry will blindside you. Cheese sticks and salami if you’ve got a fridge near by during the day. Pepperoni chips or cheese chips if your driving a ton like I am.
Track, track, track! It can be hard at first, but soon you’ll pick up on counts and they can be your go to snacks or meals on days you’re short on time or motivation!
