Keto monitoring via blood test
I've been on the keto plan for 3 weeks and have been pricking my finger and monitoring both my keytones and blood glucose levels everyday. I am just not sure what the ultimate levels are. My blood glucose ranges from 4.0 to 5.6 and my keytones started at 0.1 but is now between 0.8 and 1.0. Where can I find out the levels that are good for me?
