Does anyone know what 1 recipe yield means for the daily log quantity?

You enter how many servings that your recipe will make. If the entire recipe is for 2 servings you would enter 2.  Another way to do it when you are making a large portion and are unsure of the number of servings you would do it this way: Enter the volumes of all of your ingredients, then, and this is the important part, you will weigh the volume of your entire recipe and write that down. Then for the recipe yield put in 1 (one) BUT for the serving weight you would then enter the total volume of the entire recipe. This allows you to weigh out individual portions of a large recipe in different weights and still get an accurate macro and calorie count.

For example: Make a recipe where you weigh out all of the ingredients, such as chili,  (I use grams where possible). Cook your recipe, then when finished, weigh the finished total volume of the entire recipe and enter that amount in the serving weight. So if you're making chili, you would put in 1 serving and a serving weight of 2300 grams for example. Then when you go to serve yourself a portion, you would enter the weight, for example 8 oz. or 150 grams, and the app will calculate the serving macros for you based on the total volume that you entered for the entire recipe. Works like a charm.
