I have the same question. Shouldn't the fast be calculated as continuous hours from when you stop and start eating which is overnight????

Melissa Dineen documentation for the new fasting tools is found in the Carb Manager knowledge base, Working with fasting. We are currently building more tools to make custom fasts more flexible. We're also adding a stopwatch. These improvements are planned for release this month, August 2021.
