
6 Months Ago Progress - 56.6 lbs. Lost
6 months ago I weighed 491.8 pounds. As of this Sunday I now weigh 435.2 pounds. That means I have lost 56.6 pounds so far. So far on my keto journey I have cheated but I got right back on the keto wagon after the cheat.
I am trying to get down to 400 pounds by the start of the year 2021. I am having doubts about reaching this milestone.

Do not let doubt trap you! You have a goal aim for it. Mom always said the time is going to pass regardless of what you do with it, so do something great! Even if you did miss the goal so what you made progress but what if.. what if you did even better and passed the goal! You've got this. Track your food, drink your water and move your body!!! You've got this.

You've done great! Don't give up! I know for a fact you can do this! I started this journey almost 2 yrs ago (Jan 2019) at 438 lbs., With Hypothyroidism, severe arthritis and an addiction to pain killers and alcohol. Today I am at 179 lbs. (10 lbs away from my final goal. ) You've got the right idea...set small, not so out of reach goals, celebrate each milestone and get right back on track after you fall off. This app helped me so incredibly much, just to feel the pressure of having to log in what I ate and seeing it right there all totaled was a great motivator in the beginning. It takes time and patience and trust me, if I can do it, you can too!
