Am I Logging Sleep Correctly?

Am I logging sleep correctly? I don’t enter today’s hours until the following morning, so at the end of each day my sleep for that date is still 0. The next morning I log my sleep for the previous day once I know how many hours I slept. Are we supposed to be logging the previous night’s sleep with today’s date? I’ve been using yesterday’s date each time. I’ve noticed my points for sleep are not being counted during challenges so that’s what prompted me to ask. Thanks!
