Proteins and fats vs carbs

I am new to keto and I am wondering what is most important when keeping track. I’ve been over on my proteins and fats but under all my carbs and calories should I try and keep them all at the level I was given?

  • Yes. The % of fats, proteins and carbs have all been calculated based on your answers when you set up your account. The standard macros for Keto are 5%carb/20%Protein/75%Fats. This program calculates the number of daily calories you should consume. Carbs & proteins have 4 calories per gram and fats have 9 calories per gram.
