discouraged

I’m feeling a little discouraged it is my fifth week on keto and I haven’t lost any weight in 10 days. I don’t know what i’m doing wrong. I am following my macros, drinking a gallon of water a day and incorporated walking in. Plus I am intermittent fasting. My period is due any day i don’t know if that could have something to do with it or should i just not worry about the scale if i’m doing everything right ?

    I’ve heard never weigh in the week before or during your cycle. That could definitely be it. Also, give alternating fasts a try instead of intermittent fasting daily - some people have had luck with that for whatever reason. Good luck !
