A little info please
I have been doing Keto for about 2 mos. now and have dropped 18.5 lbs. I am good with that and I am a stickler about tracking my food and nutrients but I was wondering how bad it is if I go over my Macros by 1 or 2 grams. Such as carbs. Should be 20 and a couple of times I have hit 26.5 or 22.3 and this if few and far between but I am wondering if that can cause me not to lose?
