Stalled at 14 lbs
I lost 14 lbs in the first 3 weeks. Now I'm stalled. I NEVER go over CARBS, PROTEIN, FAT, or CALORIES. I have my Fitbit connected to the app which allows me to eat MORE carbs, protein, fat, and calories because of the exercise. Does anyone have any suggestions, comments, or recommendations?
You in a Calorie Maintence. That mean the number of calorie that you are consuming matches the calories that you are burning.
When that occurs, you are not going to lose or gain weight.
For Weight Loss to occur, you need to decrease you Calorie Intake from what it is now.
