  • Have you checked to see if you need to alter your macros?  Weight loss will change the numbers.

What coffeegirl said - you need to tweak your macros depending on your new stats. Also do not rely so much on the weigh scale - measure inches, for example.

When I first started this way of eating 4 years ago I would drop a few pounds then stay the same.  I finally realized the weight loss wasn't one pound at a time, unlike other ways of eating.  I would stay the same, adjust the macros, then all of a sudden I'd be down another 3, 4, even 5 pounds.  If you are sticking to your macros realistically (every day is a bit different, be flexible with yourself, your schedule, etc.) the weight WILL come off.  Make sure you are eating enough of the right stuff...sounds silly but not eating enough will slow your weight loss, your body goes into conservation mode.
