New to Keto - 3 days in

Hi all,

I'm 3 days in and am surprisingly feeling satiated with this lifestyle. I've gone over net carbs by 1-2, so I haven't yet had a perfect streak yet.  I'm working on it (who knew brussel sprouts were so high!) I've been inspired by many on this Forum, and by several vloggers on YouTube. I'll weigh myself monthly to not focus on that number. I took pics, measurements, have my last well check visit record...I'd like to see how my body and health responds to this plan. Many thanks to the community here...I appreciate your sharing your experience, recipes, and support. Glad to be here.
