Adjusting Macros for Keto to Total Carb not total Calories

Having the option to adjust your planned recipes to adjust to total carb or total calories, will especially help with weight loss and food wastage.

    I’m not sure I get what you’re saying, but you can track total carbs in planned recipes.  Just go to ‘Settings’ on the list of topics to the left, and from the menu across the top, select ‘Settings’ (the first one).  You see your basic account, and right below that is the ‘Carb Manager Settings’. First item listed under CM settings is whether to track total or net carbs.  Select total carbs and all your menus, recipes, macros, etc. will track total (you’ll still be able to see ‘net carbs’ in your meal planner and daily log; but the total counts will reflect totals.

    You receive the following guideline.

     

     Scale to fit my macros. If selected, we will scale this meal plan to approximately fit your macros, with priority given to meeting your calorie goal.

    I would like the option to scale it to total carbs, with being on keto this is what should be stuck to in order to lose weight effectively.
