Does anyone like the meal generator, I am not crazy for it , It doesn't give a lot of choices and you can not put the meals where you want them , Or am I doing it wrong
When I use it, it focuses on my calories, but my total carbs end up doubled or tripled every day. So, how do I adjust it so that it focuses on carbs instead of calories AND how do I shift from total carbs to net carbs?
There are days when I'm too lazy to think of something, then I use a generator. But usually, I eat the same dishes, and I don't get tired of them. I also use the generator if I want to try something new.
