Hi Gemgem! I'm not new, but I'm on day two of my keto lifestyle. I did keto for about 6 months in 2018 and "paused" for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but in those 6 months I had lost 60 lbs. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Gemgem Unfortunately, when I stopped for 14 months I gained about half of what I lost. I'm back on week 2 now and re-dialing myself in to get back into ketosis and start seeing the benefits that I had before. I'm glad that you're seeing progress!

scjudd1986 I am, I'm really pleased, I have been stuck trying to lose the same 10lbs for 6 months and now I have already lost 7. 😁

Gemgem That's fantastic. I haven't seen any weight loss yet, but I did check my blood ketones this morning and I'm at a 1.4, so I'm in ketosis. I'm just waiting to see that scale start to drop and I'll be a happy camper!

I've been real dumb and have been weighing everyday (which I know is dumb lol). I'm going to start weighing on Monday's only though.
