Not humgry?

My standard breakfast was a large McDonald’s coke and sausage biscuit. Since I started lowering my carbs, I have not had any Coke. This morning I was not hungry at all, so I haven’t eaten any breakfast. Lunch is in an hour si I can always eat a little earlier for lunch.

Is this normal?  To have no hunger at all? I ate dinner last night at 5:45.

Yes it can be quite common. I do low carb/keto and generally don't get hungry until around 11:30 - 12:00. Even then it is not a strong urge, just a mild desire which I can easily suppress. Since I work from home I have a lot of flexibility on when I eat, some days I haven't eaten until 2:00 pm.

  • Thanks. I have reactive hypoglycemia for about the last five years. So its nice to be able to not be hungry and also not to have low blood sugar as well.

I noticed on day three that I was not hungry in the morning, same today... So I think that means you are in ketosis...

  • I have been in ketosis before and still felt hungry, so I am not sure that’s it. ;)

Skinnier By Summer TW here, You do realize when you loose weight your blood issues will reduce/diminish, Mine did, I am no longer Pre-Di and anemic. My doctors said they were concerned I had the big C and after much testing found none...  Good luck.  You need to walk a mile 3 X's a week at a fast pace. Or a 1/2 mile 6 X's, : )
