I'm Boo

I have been on and off Keto starting in the 90s with the original Atkins but never understood the damage carbs did to body organs until recently. I have now been doing keto for 2 years. The first year was a dirty keto and on/off fasting due to money (lol) and I lost 40-something pounds then got serious and did clean keto and stopped losing for a year. All of my health tests came out ok and my doctor had no clue. So I started carnivore and OMAD on Jan 2 this year and have lost 10 pounds so far. I think I have a fatty liver or other organs so I'm just trying to get over that hump because if I don't eat very very low carb then I just don't lose.

My asthma is mostly gone as is my joint pain. The only thing I can't get rid of, probably without surgery, is a heel spur. That hurts on and off but that is more about the location of the spur and not anything else.

I walk the dog 3 to 4 times per day for 20 to 30 minutes. Exercise isn't my top priority except for releases HGH and stress relief. 

I'm hoping the paid version of Carb Manager also tracks total inches lost because if I enter them in I really don't want to calculate as I'm busy ;)
