Hi all

New to keto. Started last Sunday and down 2 pounds. Think I was having too many calories...once I started tracking using this app I could really see how portion sizes influence it. Really thought I'd lose more the first week. But I'll definitely take the 2 pounds.

    Hi Beachgirl! If you haven't already, get your macros set up through the app and follow them. When I first started, I diligently stuck to what I was "allowed" to have. After a while, you learn without having to necessarily track everything that you eat.
