Vitamin / supplement recommendations
Hey everyone,
ive been in ketosis for about two weeks. I did Keto last year as well did about 4 months so I’m familiar with Keto flu and all that. However lately I’ve experienced problems with my arms going to sleep at night and some dizziness.
just wondering if anyone has recommendations for vitamins or supplements I may be depleted of causing this.
currently I take the following daily:
B12 vitamin
men’s one a day vitamin
magnesium vitamin
2 keto electrolyte pills
and I put powder keto electrolyte supplement in my water twice a day.
I’m generally under 15 carbs a day
im probably not as good on eating leafy greens as I should be though.
