Hi! I'm starting over again also. I've been low carbing this time since about Dec 8. I've lost about 9 lbs, but it seems to be slowing a bit. Down a bit, up a bit....I've just recently starting paying more attention to my macros rather than just counting carbs. It's a bit confusing trying to figure out what food will balance me out at the end of the day. But I've stuck with it a few weeks now, so I'm going to hang in there. I've lost in the past both low carb and Weight Watchers, but wanted to try low carb/keto again.
