Hi everyone, question on Meat, poultry, and fish

The weight of Proteins that are given in the app, are they before of after cooking?? How should we log those weights in our day??? Thanks

    I’ve been told by many that’s it before but this doesn’t make much sense to me. If something has less weight after cooking it why would I record it at the weight b4 cooking it? I count what goes in my body....not what gets melted off.
