I use Now Bulk Magnesium Glycinate powder and Now Potassium Citrate powder. I can tolerate the taste of neither and encapsulate both in 000 capsules. It's a PITA, but I don't get leg and foot cramps anymore. Your question is a good one.

2 liters of water with 1/2 tsp of sea salt and 1/4 cream of tartar (potassium) and drink throughout the day.

I use complete keto watermelon flavor! Sooo good! I was having terrible cramps at night and after investigating what was up found out that I had to replace electrolytes more on a keto diet! I had nooo clue prior to the extreme mind blowing wake you up out of a dead sleep death grip of a spasms I was having! Definitely do not want anymore! The supplements have helped and I also use Himalayan salt in everything now!
