    Hi Amy Lugo, Are you planning on taking vitamins?  I take a prenatal (multi) vitamin, magnesium, potassium and vitamin D3.  Some say you need more salt... I just try to add to my food.   I tried  Keto before and freaked out when I got leg cramps, that's why I'm taking the vitamins now.   I did get a tiny cramp for half a second but nothing like before, lasting for maybe 1/2 a minute.   For sugar cravings I eat the Adkins caramel chocolate bars and peanut butter cups.  I also make cheesecake fluff with Lakanto sugar substitute.  I use it sparingly because I don't really trust substitute sweeteners.
