Keto stopped working! 5 week stall
I have been doing keto since end of February. I am now in Week 5 of no weight loss. After meticulously planning, weighing, logging my food and reviewing my macros, I have seen no change. Pushing myself to workout 3-5 times per week with a knee injury, I have never actually worked so hard to not see results. I have fallen out of ketosis, am exhausted, demotivated and just depressed at this point because nothing is working. I don't know where to go from here, what is right what is wrong...I'm lost. How do I lose weight? Can anyone help me before I give up completely??

I agree , try intermittent fasting and intuitive eating. My weight loss was also stalled and I was not cheating at all. Now I eat only when I’m hungry. Drink loads of water and don’t force myself to meet my fat goals like I was. I was eating fat bombs, coconut oil in my coffee just to get all my grams in. Now I only Have my coffee with cream. Get my fat from avocado, olive oil, nuts. Cheeses.
Don’t give up one day you’ll see the scale will start moving down again and best of all, your cravings will go away and inches will come off before the lbs.good luck
