Hey there Everyone!! Im on my second round of Keto.

I am on my second round of keto. I have pulmonary sarcoidosis and I am on prednisone. It wreaks havoc on my system and makes it really hard to lose any weight. I am really hoping if I'm really strict I will be able to start losing again.
