Don't weigh yourself everyday!

I find that when I weighed myself every day, it mentally and emotionally messed me up. The scale would fluctuate not as accurate due to water weight or what my body was deciding to hold on to or not let go of.  If with my hard work, it was up any in pounds, I'd get discouraged and pity eat or give up for the day or next five and then start again. It's like weighing yourself when your body is in the middle of being undecided. I donate plasma so I let that weigh-in be my guide. It is twice a week but I only rely on the number that is one week apart. Also, If you know you are following your diet plan and goals, the scale WILL GO DOWN when your BODY says so and when it is ready to let it go. So I don't worry about the scale, I more worry about how I am accomplishing the goal, knowing the weight WILL COME OFF if I am doing it right, each and every day!
