What happens when you don’t track!
I thought I had a great day. Some cheese and meat for breakfast. Golfed. Had some beef jerky (big mistake) no idea about the carbs, thought it was meat, no big deal. By the end of the day, not tracking, assuming I only had a couple of carbs, I’m over on every macro. I’m so mad, and frustrated! Lost 40 lbs last year, slowly 8 have crept back on.....
