Net Carbs or Total Carbs

Hi. Choosing KETO my Macros are set with 17 Total Carbs which basically shows that just 1 avocado and I'm out of target 🙄. I can set up manually that amount as Net however if I make the calculation this means I'm around 50 in Total. Someone please help me get this right!!! 😔😔😣
