Update on a Monday morning...

Gosh! I had a fairly long update on progress when I tried to show a picture of a new protein bar I found that’s really helping me stay within macro limits. I totally forgot that we’re not supposed to show any commercial products and I lost it all LOL!  

Oh well, to sum up what I already said and lost 😏: So far, I’m on track with macros today. Planning to do a short indoor rowing. I’ve only recently started trying to add more exercise in the pot.

Another thing I’m doing more to stay on top of is the water intake. It’s really important for me to get ALL the water plus a little more in to keep things running smoothly.

Overall feeling happy with progress. I’m actually leveling out. Have found a routine that seems to be working. I’m eating more or less the same kinds of things every day because I stay on track with them. That leads to getting a little boring though after several days of the same, so instead of the ‘usual’ I made Keto pancakes, with butter powder, sugar free syrup and a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter with my regular 3 cups of coffee this morning ;) Yum!!!  It’s good to shake it up a little ;) ...
