Hello all!
Joined about a week ago and am encouraged so far, although I realize a lot of the weight you initially lose is water weight! As a bread and sweet addict, I have been hesitant to start Keto because of my fear of failure, but so far so good. I am hoping to learn some tricks and get some recipes that will help me maintain and still get something for my sweet tooth that is permissable! Glad I found this app!
