WIO Diet Foods??

Has anyone tried WIO "Smart" Foods? They make muffins, cookies, breads and other products that they claim to be low carb, usually with duel nutrition labels - the second containing "digestive facts" with net carbs does not clarify how they reach that calculation which is not always in line with the smaller printed "nutrition facts without digestibility corrected." An old article from 2015 says these foods are a scam but it seems they made changes to come into compliance with FDA regulations. Does anyone know if their net carb claims are legit and if so how they are calculated? Thanks!

  • I just made ate a bun with their flour.  Threw me totally out of Ketosis and my glucose spiked to 133, highest on record.  I now believe the scam blog.
