    Hello, Nikki.   Not much info to go on, but are you close to your weight loss goal?  The app tends to taper off the loss as we approach our new weight goal.

    In any case, plateaus are a part of health loss.  The body can fluctuate 2-4 pounds a day just with water weight.  Speaking of water, make sure you’re drinking enough (sounds counterintuitive but it takes plenty of water to lose weight, especially on keto where water helps process the fats).  Just stick to it and it will happen.  You’ll wake up and find you’ve dropped 3 pounds just like that.   And  don’t worry about a weight scale.  If I may suggest, put it away for a week and just enjoy what looks to be a beautiful spring-like week.  Treat yourself to a surprise next week...

    Appreciate the progress you’ve made: a LOT of the goodness that comes from keto isn’t possible to see: lower blood sugars and lower risk of diabetes, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, increased mental awareness, better sleep, and the list goes on.  In the meanwhile, enjoy looser fitting clothes, delicious foods, and especially enjoy the commitment you’ve made to improving your health.   There’s nothing discouraging about that!  Well done!
