Determining calories.

Question- I understand the percentages for the macronutrients. Where my question is, is how do you determine your  total  calorie daily intake to base the macro percentages. I @am a male who weighs 169 lbs.  I am 5’7”,  moderately active (weight lifting twice per week an light cardio 2-3 times per week). I am hoping to drop to about 150 lbs. 

Can someone let me know how to determine my total calories or what I should be aiming for?  Thanks

    Go to your settings , getting started ,and enter your age , weight and whether you want to lose weight or maintain . CM will automatically come up with the macros in either a pie chart or bar graph .
