Check out Keto Connect's video named "Ultimate Guide to Low Carb Sweeteners | Blood Testing| Be Sure to Avoid These 3!!" on Youtube. They do testing for blood ketones and blood sugar before and after ingesting different sweeteners. It really helped me to choose.
According to their video however, Aspartame had no negative impact on blood sugars or ketone levels. As a side note, there are a lot of articles about the negative health aspects of aspartame. I try to stay away from it entirely.
