Greetings - I paid for a premium account last month. I entered the Challenge and moved up to around 20th position as BCGuy. For some reason my points disappeared and I was no longer able to create them.
Based upon a post by another member I deleted the app and reinstalled it - thinking there might have been a glitch. Now I can no longer login, all data is lost and Carb Manager does not recognize that I have a Premium membership. I can’t even create a new account as Carb Manager will not send me an email verification link. - yes I checked my spam folder.
Any suggestions on how to reactivate my account? Thanks -
