Suggestions to add protein

Hi all, newbie here.  I've gone low-carb with the goal of losing weight.  I've been using CM for a week and finding it great.  As the week has gone on I'm getting a better feel to tweak the ingredients I use in cooking.  I'm managing to hit goals for KJ (calories) and carbs pretty well.  I'm hitting the goal for fat, but it's proportionally too high as I am always under with protein - proportionally and weight wise.  Any suggestions for adding protein?  I'd prefer foods rather than supplements if I can manage that, but I'm beginning to suspect I may not be able to.  Have been doing eggs + salmon for breakfast, making sure there's some meat and/or cheese in lunch and meat in the evening meal.  Eating lots of spinach. Tried a tin of tuna as a snack but not a fan.  Suggestions appreciated.

I’m not a fan of supplements; food’s best, in my opinion.   I’d suggest chicken breasts.  I pick up a bag of frozen breasts at our local supermarket and cook them as needed.  A six-ounce breast gives 0 carbs, 8 fats, and 53 proteins.

    Hope this helps
