Hello!

Hi!  I'm relatively new to the Keto WOE (January 1st, 2020).  I'm 64 and up till last fall was relatively in good shape except it was impossible for me to lose weight.  Then I was diagnosed with FibroMyalgia...on top of Multiple Sclerosis and Hashitmoto's Thyroiditis.  Up until the Fibro flare, I was walking on the treddmill every day if i wasn't on the recumbant bike.  I also was doing resistance weight training on my Bowflex.  Then came the Fibro and kicked my butt bigtime..so now I've committed to KETO as I feel its doable and I NEED to get this weight off me...I've got  60 lbs to lose.  ASAP!!!

I was wondering if anyone could explain how one is to interpret the carb amounts listed on the Daily's...ie.

19 out 24 net carbs

total carbs 48

  • The app will do this for you . 24 net  carbs is your limit.  You ate 48 carbs subtract the fiber... I'm guessing 29 leaving you with 19 carbs eaten so you are under your goal. Good day
