Year of health 2021

Hi everyone! I'm Brighteyes & I started Keto, AGAIN for the 2nd time, three weeks ago. I put on the Covid 35! ( I wish it was 19 lbs but unfortunately it was not ) I had real success the first time around so I have great hope I can do this again! I got into ketosis in 3 days but wanted to wait to track my macros until I felt I was somewhat fat adapted. Wishing everyone a HEALTHY New Year!!
